Staff Frontend Developer
GoTo
Provide technical leadership and guidance across GoTo's Unified Communications and Collaboration organization as it adopts AI-driven software delivery. Help shape an agentic platform designed to enable increasingly autonomous workflows throughout the SDLC, while continuing to drive platform modernization and end-to-end capabilities for GoTo's enterprise voice and messaging products. Currently supervising an intern and contributing to hiring through technical interviews for engineering candidates.

- Architected and delivered real-time transcription feature end-to-end across 10+ PRs spanning service layer, Redux state management, public API, UI components, and multi-call support — a critical differentiator for GoTo's enterprise voice platform
- Led comprehensive platform modernization initiative for goto-voice: migrated 247 test files from Jest to Vitest, eliminated 29 import cycles, upgraded build tooling to Vite 8/Rolldown, and orchestrated ESLint→Biome and Yarn→PNPM transitions — reducing CI time and improving developer experience
- Delivered full-stack WhatsApp emoji reactions feature across messaging BFF, SDK, and UI including real-time events, Mixpanel analytics, 24h restriction logic, and recently-used quick actions, expanding GoTo's messaging capabilities for enterprise customers
